Creative Connections brings together workshop leaders, students and community members to collaboratively compose and perform a new piece of music in one, intensive week. A joint effort between the Guildhall School, Peabody Conservatory, Johns Hopkins University, and the Baltimore Symphony's OrchKids program, Creative Connections provides a unique opportunity for people of all backgrounds to work together in a wonderfully imaginative environment. I had the extraordinary pleasure to participate in this workshop with several of my fellow Sistema Fellows this March and have featured a photo here from the final performance.
